    * Facilitate an overarching collaborative consultation process that unites the residents of Parc-Ex and Outremont throughout the entire Montreal MIL consultation process
    * Ensure that the needs of residents of Parc-Ex take priority in cases of conflicting needs between Parc-Ex and Outremont residents
    * The project should have a MUCH higher percentage of social and affordable housing (at minimum 80%) - 15% is frankly a disgrace
